Day 1:
Detailed health history, vitals, full-spine physical exam (including extremities, muscle testing, and neurological testing when necessary), X-ray imaging when necessary (1–3 regions), screening for scoliosis and uneven leg lengths, and first adjustment.
Day 2:
Review of X-rays with a radiologist’s report. Patients will receive access to their X-ray images and radiology report through a secure patient portal.

No x-rays
(Age 0-49 and Pregnant Women)
Day 1:
Detailed health history, vitals, full-spine physical exam (including extremities, muscle testing, and neurological testing when necessary), first adjustment, and Review of Findings. No X-rays included. Patient is recommended to bring in prior X-rays/MRI imaging for the Doctor's review.
