Dr. Anthony Becerra

"I am writing this letter of thanks to Dr. Becerra because he truly gave me back my life.  I lived for 2 1/2 years with excruciating pain throughout my entire body.  Medical doctors were quick to tell me I had arthritis.  I was prescribed an assortment of drugs to deal with the pain and inflammation.  The medication didn't work and it made me feel dizzy and listless.  I stopped taking the drugs.  When I met Dr. Becerra, I was at my lowest point emotionally.  Simple things like walking upright were impossible.  My body hurt everywhere 24 hours a day.  After xrays and an evaluation, Dr. Becerra discovered that I had pinched nerves up and down my entire spine.  The worst part of that news was that they had been pinched for a very long time.  He was confident that he could help me, but also explained that it would take time to undo the damage that time had caused.  I spent every day in his office for a few weeks and with each visit I began to feel the relief.  As the weeks of treatment continued, Dr. Becerra was able to reduce the weekly visits to 3 days and then 2 days and then 1 day a week.  I didn't want to risk feeling the pain again, but the pain didn't come back.  Presently, I am able to walk, sleep, swim and do normal tasks without pain.  I'm now walking straight again and my attitude is once again happy and positive.  Periodically, I make an appointment with Dr. Becerra just to keep my body balanced and adjusted, but I am definitely healed and free of the 'prison of pain' that I had to endure for such a long time.  Thank you Dr. Becerra, for giving me my life back.  I can't express in words how wonderful it is to feel normal again."

"Dear Dr. Becerra and staff,

I was hurt in a very bad car accident several years ago and was constantly in pain.  Then some time later, I had a bad fall in my kitchen.  As a result of my mishaps, my lower spine hurt so much, I had sudden trouble with walking, shortness of breath, dizziness and loss of balance.  Then I met Dr. Becerra at the Farmer's Market.  That was my lucky day!!  After the first treatment I felt already better.  After the fifth treatment I feel so good.  Now I have a life again!!  I sleep better, no more stiffness when I get up in the morning, no more pain while I vacuum my house and no more headaches.  My walking is even getting better.  I feel like a new born.  Life is worth living again.  I thank God every day for sending Dr. Becerra to me."

"I came to see Dr. Becerra in June 2005.  At the time, I was about 8 months pregnant and suffering from sharp, constant lower back pain.  I had heard about his practice while attending lamaze class, and decided to make an appointment.  I was a little frightened that seeing Dr. Becerra would affect my baby or her health, but he was extremely gentle and wored with me in my awkward state!  Within weeks, my back pain had subsided completely, and I was feeling great!  Seeing Dr. Becerra allowed me to stay active during my last 2 months of pregnancy, and I strongly believe that chiropractic care also helped me with my delivery, which only took 18 minutes!  Now I am a happy and health mom to a beautiful baby girl, and I feel great!"
