A Bit of History

The year of 2015 seems to be marked with change for us at the office, and we’re not stopping! On July 1, we’re going to be moving some things around, but first, I wanted to take a minute and share some history about our office.

History of Pure Chiropractic:

Doctor Becerra graduated from Cleveland Chiropractic College in Los Angeles, California, in 1998. For about three years after his graduation, he was part of a team of three chiropractors in an office in Arcadia. In 2001, the doctor and his wife relocated to here in Murrieta, where he worked as part of another team of three doctors in an office on Los Alamos.

In 2004, Pure Chiropractic began in an office just a few doors down from where we’re located now, in the Stater Brothers shopping center on Hancock Avenue. After five years at that location, we moved to our current office, and have been here since the beginning of 2009!

For several years now, we’ve had our hours set this way:

  • Monday through Wednesday, and Friday, at 8-12 and 2-6
  • Thursday at 8-12
  • Saturday from 9-12, by appointment only

In the past, we’ve had a few people ask us why our lunch break is two hours long, and here’s the answer: we want to be able to accommodate the earlier and later appointments needed by some of our patients! Sometimes the first appointment at 8am or the latest at 5:45pm is the only thing that will work, and we want to be able to work with our patients’ schedules.

Even though we’re not open every Saturday, we also try to be available for a few hours at least two weekends a month. As for Sunday, we leave that as the Lord’s day and make it a day of rest.

So now that you’re caught up a bit on where we’ve been in the past, make sure you check back on Thursday to see where we’re heading in the future!
