THE NEED
In a world where everything costs so much, it’s really nice to find something useful, that lasts a long time, and is really good for you too.  Like a mesh back support!

These things come in real handy and offer a nice support for the lumbar or low back region.  Now it seems to me that the older we get, the more we realize our need for support.  Supportive shoes, orthotics for our shoes, a nice mattress, a chair or couch, even the seats in the car can be irritating if there’s not enough support in them.  So if we notice the need for support as we get older, is it possible we need good support in these areas when we’re younger, even though we don’t notice the need?  Yes!  Just because we don’t feel it, doesn’t mean we don’t need the support.  Let’s be honest, unless we’re in pain, the back just isn’t something we think about.

WORK
Is your job in an office?  Sitting at a desk for most of the day?  If you are sitting at a desk for any length of time, it’s so important to have good back support.  Your body will adapt to certain stresses without even knowing it!  Many times we are sitting in a chair that the company we work for owns, so what are we to do?  Get a good back support!

THE CAR
Do you drive?  I do.  And to be honest, I’m not real happy with the seats that came with my Prius!  So get a back support!  Maybe you practically live in your car for your job, if so, then you really need a good support.

So you’ve probably seen these supports before, they’re nothing new.  So why do we like them?  Well, first off you can get them at The Dollar Store, for well, $1.00 a piece!  Also, they’re lightweight and they allow your low back to breathe while your leaning against it.  They also are good for all sizes of people, just slide them up or down the seat back to adjust.

So see?  Why not go buy a few of these for the office, home and the car?
